Meet Your Therapist
Chelsea Edwards, LMFT
Hi, I’m Chelsea, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the founder of Women With Confidence Therapeutic Services. I help women navigate the complex emotions that come with anxiety, depression, motherhood, and major life transitions.
With nearly a decade of experience and as a wife and mother of two myself, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to manage the many roles and expectations placed on women. My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and empowering—I want you to feel heard, understood, and capable of creating meaningful change in your life.
Whether you’re adjusting to a new stage of life, feeling stuck in anxiety or sadness, or trying to reconnect with yourself after becoming a mother, I’m here to support you through it with compassion and expertise.
Let’s work together to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to the life you want to live.
