Hi, I’m Chelsea, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the founder of Women With Confidence Therapeutic Services. I help women navigate the complex emotions that come with anxiety, depression, motherhood, and major life transitions.
With nearly a decade of experience and as a wife and mother of two myself, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to manage the many roles and expectations placed on women. My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and empowering—I want you to feel heard, understood, and capable of creating meaningful change in your life.
